Innovation Fund
Supporting Communities - Innovation funding is now available!
What is the Innovation Fund, and who can apply?
The Innovation Fund started as an idea from a local resident. The aim was to give communities the opportunity, support, courage, and funding to suggest and progress innovative ideas, big or small, that could have a big impact on the health and wellbeing of local people.
Over the years, the fund has spread out to all the areas within the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS), and by providing opportunities for local people to find their own solutions to health and care issues, we can develop and work together, supporting gaps in health inequalities in a different, useful and more impactful way.
This small grants programme is open to individuals, community groups, and organisations across the Frimley area, and we’re working closely with our partners and local authorities to make sure everyone has a chance to take part.
- Have you got an idea that could make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of local people?
- Could your idea help reduce health inequalities for adults in your area?
- Do you have a project that supports children and young people?
- Perhaps your organisation can support with training or development to help others lead community development work?
If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you!
Whether your idea is big or small, designed for a few people or many, we’re looking to fund projects that will have a positive impact. We’re here to support you with advice, guidance, and connections to local partners who can help bring your idea to life.
