Mental Health Stigma - Share your experience

Our Public Health colleagues at Surrey County Council are inviting anyone in Surrey with experience of mental health issues (either direct or indirect e.g. as a carer, family member, friend) to complete a survey sharing details of any stigma or discrimination they may have experienced.

End Stigma Surrey is their local campaign and programme to raise awareness and reduce negative attitudes and stigma around mental health.

Your survey responses are anonymous and not identifiable at a personal level. Your responses are strictly confidential and will only be shared amongst the direct project team for statistical analysis. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes, or longer if you have more to say.

SCC will gather all findings to share and present in a summary report, published in March on www.endstigmasurrey.org.uk

Follow this link to complete the survey: https://www.surreysays.co.uk/adult-social-care-and-public-health/surrey-stigma-survey/

If you require more information about this survey or need it in a different format (Easy Read, large print or screen reader accessible), please contact SCC by phone: 02085 417976, SMS: 07841 724938 or email: public.health@surreycc.gov.uk
