Important update - Global I.T outage - 22.07.2024

The NHS, including GP practices across England, experienced an issue with GP appointment and patient record systems due to a global IT outage last Friday. We are pleased to report that these systems are now all up and running. This means access to medical records, prescribing and other functionality required to carry out normal business has been restored. Although services are returning to normal, you may notice some continued minor disruption for a few more days. Please bear with us as services are fully restored.

Our GP practices, community pharmacies and other services are open as normal. Please access them as you normally would for existing appointments, new appointments and emergency same day appointments.

Knowing which service to turn to when you’re not well is important. Using services wisely can help you receive the best care without unnecessary delays.
