Slough women's health and wellbeing event

Join health professionals and local organisations for the Slough Women’s Health and Wellbeing Event on Saturday, 19 October at Singh Sabha Slough Sports Centre.

This women's health and wellbeing event aims to raise awareness of key health issues, such as cancer prevention and discuss general wellbeing, tailored to the cultural needs of the community.

This event seeks to empower women to prioritise their health through access to vital information. Early cancer detection can save lives, and this event will help women understand how to access crucial services.

Dr Lalitha Iyer, NHS Frimley Chief Medical Officer and Slough GP said: "The Slough women's health and wellbeing event is a fantastic opportunity for women to gain the knowledge and care they need to live healthier lives. By promoting regular screening and raising awareness of cancer, we can prevent illness and improve the well-being of our community."
