Bracknell Forest SEND Parent Carers – We Need Your voice

Have you noticed any changes in SEND services in Bracknell Forest? We want to hear from you as your feedback helps us monitor how SEND services are performing compared with previous parent carer surveys.

We’re asking parent carers to share their views on how Health, Education, and Social Care services are working for children and young people with SEND in Bracknell Forest.

We use what you tell us as evidence to push for meaningful change and the information provided will be used to highlight the real impact of SEND services on children and young people in Bracknell Forest. This will be shared at strategic meetings with the Local Authority, NHS Frimley ICB, Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust and with inspectors from the Department for Education and NHS England.

The survey is anonymous and anything you share will not be able to identify you or your child/young person.

The survey is open now until 16 December 2025 and can be found here it may take up to 30 minutes to complete, but you do not have to answer every question and are grateful for every single response you can give.
